I have always been intuitively drawn to wellness even when I didn’t make it a daily priority.
It wasn’t until I stepped into my first spin class in 2018 that I truly understood how powerful movement could be in transforming my mental and emotional well-being. That single decision became the cornerstone of my self-healing journey.
For most of my childhood and early 20s, I struggled with cycles of trauma, emotional abuse, disordered eating, and substance use, leading to bouts of depression and anxiety. After facing the frustration of failed medications, I decided to take control of my own healing. Spin class became more than just exercise—it was a place where I felt empowered and grounded. The energy, the music, and the sense of community showed me how movement could reconnect me to myself in a way that nothing else had.
Instead of searching for marketing jobs after graduating in 2021, I leaned into my passion: fitness. I became a certified personal trainer and holistic health coach where I learned about helpful tools and developed a deep understanding that health is about nurturing your mind, body, and soul.
Group fitness, especially spin, taught me that healing is possible through movement. Now, I’m leaning into helping other women discover the same. I don’t believe there’s one formula for happiness, but I do believe in the power of movement and community to help you find your own path. Together, we can dig deep and unlock your potential.
